Fintru ACADEMY

 

Our Financial Services and Legal Academies are training programmes supported by the Department for the Economy leading to a potential offer of employment. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the world’s largest Investment Banks. Here's what to know:


 

  • Develop and grow through unique personal development programmes

  • Learn from market leading experts within the financial services industry​

  • Prepare for CISI Investment Operating Certificate (IOC) globally recognised qualifications
    that feature on the Financial Services Skills Councils list of recommended courses

  • ​Training for the FinTrU Belfast Financial Services and Legal Academies takes place over four weeks

  • For the duration of the programme, participants will be paid £155 training allowance per week

  • All Financial Services and Legal Academies are delivered virtually​

  • Previous experience is not required but candidates must be awarded at least a 2:2 in any discipline before the scheduled start date at FinTrU

Successful applicants claiming Job Seekers Allowance can contact their local Jobs and Benefits office to have a ‘Better off Calculation’ carried out before proceeding with the programme. 

Applications are welcome from those who meet the criteria irrespective of religious belief, political opinion, age, sexual orientation, disability, race, marital status, gender, whether or not they have dependents and women returning to the workforce.
