FinTrU is a multi-award-winning technologically enabled Regulatory Solutions company, specialising in the areas of KYC, Compliance, Legal, Risk & Controls and Operations. 

We work with Investment Banks around the globe, designing technology-enabled solutions to help our clients meet their regulatory obligations.

What's Involved?

You will:

  • Complete a 4–6 week comprehensive training programme to help you develop the necessary technical and professional skills for a successful career.

  • Prepare for the globally recognised qualification, CISI Investment Operating Certificate (IOC) – designed by senior practitioners to help you meet the requirements of markets and regulators across the globe and achieve core competence for your job requirements as an Analyst.

  • Work alongside some of the world’s largest Investment Banks, finding solutions to help them meet with their regulations in areas such as Legal, Risk, Compliance, KYC (Know Your Customer), Operations, and Consultancy.

  • Fuel your continuous professional development journey through real-world experience, professional skills training, support with accredited exams, networking opportunities, annual compensation review, and the opportunity for promotion to Associate after two years.

Here's What to Know...

  • Learn from market leading experts within the financial services industry​.

  • The programme includes training in financial services and regulation as well as essential professional skills such as excel and communication.

  • Prepare for CISI Investment Operating Certificate (IOC) globally recognised qualifications that feature on the Financial Services Skills Councils list of recommended courses.

  • Previous experience is not required but candidates must be awarded at least a 2:2 degree - ideally in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, Management or similar areas (although we encourage applications from those with a degree in any discipline) - before the scheduled start date at FinTrU.

Your 2-Year Journey

After successfully completing the Academy, you will enter a two-year Analyst programme which combines on-the-job training with professionally accredited qualifications. These are the steps: 

Complete the FinTrU Academy

Join FinTrU as an Analyst 1 upon completion of the Academy - 2 Year Analyst programme

Upon completion of 1 year employment within FinTrU (pending satisfactory performance)

Upon completion of 2 years employment within FinTrU (pending satisfactory performance)
