Winning isn't everything but we always take it as a huge compliment whenever we are recognised for our achievements. Over the last 10 years, we have been awarded with a wide variety of accolades across the company. From Best Company To Work For to Global Player, every award is testament to the committed work of our employees.

Set up and run by employees, our committees are there to make all voices a little louder. Celebrating diversity within the workplace is important but we believe there is more that can be done. Until the playing field is completely level, our Committees: TrU Colours; Women In Finance; Disability Network; and TrUly Diverse, will continue to educate us all.

Our Charity Partners are a big part of life at FinTrU. Fundraising and spreading awareness plays a huge part in the day-to-day with organised events, in and out of work, taking place throughout the year. When we work with a charity partner we pride ourselves in giving everything we can. In 2024 we're working with AWARE NI, Donegal Hospice, and Acreditar.

Our values, Partnership, Passion, People and Professionalism are not just words, they are at the core of everything we do at FinTrU. They were created by our employees for our employees and run through the company from Belfast to Porto, Letterkenny to Maastricht. No matter where you are based at FinTrU, the four Ps are in play.
