Richard McGuinness is Chief Operating Officer at FinTrU and a member of the company's Executive Leadership Team.
Bringing more than 25 years of experience in financial services, he has held leadership positions across technology, operations and corporate management.
Richard has oversight of FinTrU’s Client Delivery organisation as well as key Corporate Services functions, including Internal Technology, Business Management Office, and Office Management.
In addition to these responsibilities, Richard oversees the company’s Site Leads, promoting collaboration and consistency across FinTrU’s global locations.
He ensures that FinTrU’s infrastructure, operations, and delivery capabilities are consistently aligned with the company’s goals for sustainable growth and innovation.
His leadership is defined by a commitment to operational resilience, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement, which are essential to FinTrU’s dynamic and high-performing environment.
Richard has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Computer Science Degree, awarded by Ulster University, Jordanstown.
