Andrew Ryan is Managing Director - Sales and European Account Management at FinTrU, where he leads the firm's engagement with Private Equity and Asset Management clients while supporting broader business growth initiatives across the financial services sector.
With over 30 years’ experience in financial services, Andrew has held senior roles across banking, capital markets and fintech.
A Chartered Accountant, he combines extensive experience in sales and business development with recent finance and operational leadership roles at private equity and VC-backed technology businesses.
He has held senior leadership positions at Demica, a globally leading bank-focused fintech, and at Lloyds Banking Group, where he led international businesses across capital markets and client coverage, as well as earlier roles at Morgan Stanley, AIG and EY.
Andrew is recognised for his commercial focus, strategic insight and ability to build strong, long-term client partnerships.
