Employees, clients and partners enjoy the suite life at Royal Portush

One of the many benefits of being headquartered in Northern Ireland is having one of the best golf courses in the world on the County Antrim coast, and last week saw thousands of golf fans from across the world descend on Royal Portrush for the 153rd Open Championship. In the end, while not quite a walk in the park, it was a comfortable stroll across the immaculate greens for American Scottie Scheffler as he claimed the famous Claret Jug with a dominant performance.

For FinTrU, it was an opportunity to provide a base for our clients and community partnerships to come together, network, take in some refreshments, and enjoy golf’s oldest tournament.

Darragh McCarthy, FinTrU Founder & CEO said: “As a Northern Ireland based company, we are privileged to have one of the world’s best golf courses on our doorstep.

“The FinTrU Suite gave us the perfect opportunity to host employees, clients and our business partners so that they could enjoy this special tournament. The atmosphere out on the course was incredible throughout the weekend, and the thousands who visited Royal Portrush will have made a healthy investment in Northern Ireland’s local economy too.”

A huge thank you to the phenomenal team in our suite who made every moment truly special. The catering, hospitality and attention to detail were first-class. Congratulations to The R&A for hosting a spectacular tournament that celebrated the very best of the game.
