A very special event was held to announce the policy
Following on from our new policy for Parents of Babies Born Premature or Sick announcement earlier this month, we were delighted to hold a very special event at FinTrU Meter House yesterday.
Director of Diversity Mark Nuala Murphy, CEO at TinyLife Alison Mc Nulty, FinTrU Chief Administrative Officer Sinead Carville (MCIPD) and FinTrU Head of Employer Relations Bridgeen Mullin came together to speak about how the power of partnership between companies can bring real, positive change.
Diversity Mark members from different companies were in attendance to learn more about how they can instigate such changes at their organisations.
