Sinead holds the role of Chief People Officer at FinTrU. A Chartered Member of CIPD, she has over 20 years’ experience in operational and senior HR leadership roles within retail, technology, and financial services organisations.
As CPO, Sinead leads FinTrU’s global People function and is responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s people strategy.
Her remit includes talent acquisition, learning and development, organisational design, employee relations, performance and reward, leadership development, and the continued evolution of FinTrU’s culture.
She works closely with the Executive Leadership team to ensure that people initiatives, policies, and programmes enable the company’s long‑term growth and support a high‑performing, inclusive environment.
Prior to joining FinTrU, Sinead served as Regional HR Business Partner at Citi, supporting the Markets and Security Services Technology business across the EMEA region and the Production Services business globally.
Sinead holds an MSc in Human Resource Management, awarded by Ulster University. She is also a qualified trainer and Executive Coach.
