OUR ENVIRONMENT
FinTrU endeavours to create a sustainable, environmentally friendly workplace and to minimise its carbon footprint by reducing its environmental impact. As FinTrU continues to grow and expand its operations, the company will continue to live by these values.
This commitment is demonstrated by:
-
Sourcing products from local producers, where possible
-
Recycling waste including paper, printer cartridges and hardware
-
Printing on both sides of paper and limiting colour printing
-
Storing documents electronically
-
Using motion controlled LED lighting
-
Using sleep mode on all computers
-
Turning off all lights, computers and photocopiers at the end of the day
-
Using heating systems requiring less energy and fewer raw materials
-
Monitoring water consumption
-
Sharing a sustainable-focused approach in our professional lives
-
Reuse and sustainability - Introduction of Keep Cups and Water Bottles
-

FinTrU identifies the critical importance of a healthy and sustainable environment. As a progressive and responsible business, FinTrU recognises the reality of climate change resulting from human activities and will do its utmost to limit its greenhouse gas emissions.

OUR
TRAVEL
Since 2018, FinTrU has partnered with ClimateCare to offset carbon emissions for Business Travel and Energy. This will contribute to projects that improve lives and fight climate change

IN 2022, FINTRU PLANTED 1,200 TREES - ONE FOR EACH EMPLOYEE

OUR
ENERGY
Throughout our offices, motion sensor lights with energy efficient light bulbs are utilised. This minimises energy wastage during working hours and facilitates reduced electricity consumption when our offices are unoccupied.
All employees across the firm contribute to the implementation and upkeep of FinTrU’s Environmental Commitment and Recycling best practices.
Employees are trained to understand and manage their environmental impact.

OUR
SUSTAINABILITY
As FinTrU endeavours to reduce our carbon footprint and highlight our commitment to sustainability, we introduced FinTrU Keep Cups for our employees to reduce waste and energy consumption across the company.
With 3.5 billion disposable cups diverted from landfill by KeepCup users, we hope that we can promote greater movement of reuse and sustainability throughout our workplace.

ECO
UMBRELLAS
To maintain a sustainable and environmentally friendly workplace at FinTrU, we are proud to introduce our new eco-friendly umbrellas, made from 100% recycled products.
