ReadyKYC

Decision-ready KYC intelligence.

Not just more data.

ReadyKYC transforms fragmented company, registry and public-source information into structured KYC intelligence and supporting evidence. KYC analysis should not begin with a search for information

Entity information is often spread across company registries, public records and supporting documents in different formats and jurisdictions. Before analysis can begin, KYC teams must locate, extract, validate and organise that information.

This creates:

  • Time-consuming manual research and preparation
  • Inconsistent outputs across teams and jurisdictions
  • Repeated searches for supporting evidence
  • Limited visibility of sources and data lineage
  • Slower onboarding, remediation and periodic review
The result is skilled analysts spending too much time preparing information and not enough time applying judgement.

What is ReadyKYC?

ReadyKYC is a technology-and-data-enabled managed KYC intelligence service from FinTrU. It researches entities across relevant public and registry sources, including paid sources, extracts and structures the required information, and provides the supporting evidence needed for review.

We work to your policy and requirements. Outputs are prepared against agreed data and policy requirements and delivered in a consistent format for use within your existing due diligence process.

ReadyKYC does not replace your analysts’ judgement or your organisation’s KYC responsibilities. It prepares the information and evidence your team needs to begin its review efficiently and consistently.

KYC outputs built around your requirements

ReadyKYC combines information from public and paid sources and prepares it against your organisation’s specific KYC policy requirements.
Rather than delivering a generic report or standard dataset, we tailor the information, evidence and output structure to the requirements agreed for your KYC process.

Every output maintains full data lineage, providing traceability from the information presented back to its underlying source and supporting evidence, aligned with the increasing data traceability expectations of the EU AML Regulation (AMLR).

Maximise KYC Efficiency

ReadyKYC is designed to reduce the work and cost involved in getting from an entity name to information that is ready for analyst review.

By undertaking the public-source due diligence and information preparation, ReadyKYC reduces the research and preparation effort required from your KYC teams. The agreed price includes all paid-source data and search costs, eliminating separate data charges for the sources required to deliver the file.

Every output is human-reviewed and prepared against your specific KYC requirements, helping to reduce the downstream checking, correction and rework that can arise from generic or unreviewed data outputs.

ReadyKYC operates on a fixed cost-per-file model, agreed upfront based on the scope, complexity and service levels required. That gives you a clear unit cost against which to assess the economics of your existing KYC process.

  2. Agree the Requirements - Define the information fields, evidence requirements, outputs formats and any policy-specific rules that apply.

  3. Research and Collect - ReadyKYC researches the entities and collects relevant information from agreed public, registry and supporting sources, including paid sources.

  4. Extract and Structure - relevant information is extracted, organised and prepared in a consistent format against the agreed requirements.

  5. Deliver for Review - your team receives the agreed report, structured data and supporting evidence for use within its existing due diligence process.

Frequently asked questions about ReadyKYC

Find our more about how ReadyKYC engagements are scoped, what information is required and how outputs fit within your existing KYC process.

  • Which countries and jurisdictions can ReadyKYC support?
ReadyKYC can support multi-jurisdictional books of work, subject to the availability and accessibility of appropriate company, registry and public-source information.

Jurisdictional coverage is reviewed during scoping. This allows FinTrU to assess source availability, language requirements, expected evidence and any country-specific limitations before delivery begins.
  • What information do we need to provide?
The usual starting point is a list of legal entities, together with the country of incorporation and company or registration number where available.

FinTrU will also agree the required data fields, evidence expectations, output formats and any relevant policy rules with you. Additional information may be requested where an entity cannot be identified reliably from the initial input.
  • What does ReadyKYC deliver?
ReadyKYC can provide structured due diligence reports, standardised entity data, supporting source documentation and traceable source references.

The precise deliverables are agreed during scoping and can be configured around the needs of the portfolio and the client’s existing KYC workflow.
  • Which output formats are available?
Outputs can be delivered in agreed human-readable and structured-data formats, depending on the engagement requirements.

Reports are typically delivered in both PDF and JSON format, and supporting evidence is contained in the report as well as in annotated PDF's of artifacts such as company Annual Reports.

Available formats, field structures, supporting documents and delivery arrangements are confirmed during scoping to ensure that the outputs can be reviewed or consumed within the client’s operating environment.
  • Does ReadyKYC include PEP, sanctions and adverse-media screening?
Screening is available as an optional, separately scoped service. This may include PEP, sanctions and adverse-media screening according to the coverage, matching rules and review approach agreed with the client.

Screening outputs support the client’s review process and do not replace the client’s risk assessment, escalation or decision-making responsibilities.
  • Can we begin with a pilot?
Yes. A pilot can be used to assess source coverage, output quality, policy alignment and operational fit before considering a larger book of work.

The pilot population, jurisdictions, required information, deliverables, review criteria and timetable are agreed at the outset.
  • Can ReadyKYC support remediation and periodic-review programmes?
ReadyKYC can be scoped for portfolios requiring the consistent collection and preparation of entity information, including onboarding, remediation and periodic-review books of work.

Suitability depends on the jurisdictions, entity types, required information, available sources and delivery requirements of the portfolio.
