FinTrU, a leading provider of technology‑enabled Client Lifecycle Management solutions for global financial institutions, has announced the appointment of Emma Vassallo as its new Managing Director – Head of Business Development.
Emma joins the team as FinTrU continues to enhance the regulatory solutions and services it delivers to clients worldwide. She brings extensive experience in strategic client engagement and international business development across the financial services sector.
In her new role as Managing Director – Head of Business Development, she will focus on deepening partnerships with clients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of regulatory expertise and service delivery, and identifying opportunities where FinTrU’s solutions can support their evolving needs.

About Emma Vassallo
Emma brings more than 30 years of experience across global financial markets and financial services to her role at FinTrU. She began her career in 1994 at Deutsche Bank in London and held a number of senior sales positions focusing on institutional clients across the capital markets.
She was at the forefront of the structured credit markets and played a key role in building the credit derivative business at Bank of Montreal in London. Since 2013, Emma has held senior relationship leadership and commercial roles across financial services, spanning data, software, managed services, and regulatory solutions.
Emma joins FinTrU from S&P Global, where she was a Managing Director in the Chief Client Office, responsible for managing complex global client relationships with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.
