Today marked the first step on an exciting career path for graduates from across Northern Ireland as our first cohort from our Financial Services Graduate Programme 23/24 arrived at our Porto offices to commence their week-long induction. Alongside an in-depth training period, our graduates will also get to experience some of the attractions across this majestic city before returning to our Northern Ireland offices to continue their training.
Applications to our Graduate Programme for 24/25 will open at the end of September.
