As Chief Technology Officer at FinTrU, Emma leads the company’s Product Business, overseeing Commercial Strategy, Sales, Customer Success, Product Development, and R&D.
With over 20 years of experience building and scaling technology products, Emma has held leadership roles at high-growth start-ups and global firms including NYSE and Citi. She is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of a human-led, technology-enabled approach to problem-solving.
A strong champion of diversity and inclusion, Emma has actively supported Women in Tech and STEM careers through FinTrU’s corporate partnership with Women in Business Northern Ireland.
Beyond her role at FinTrU, Emma serves as a Charity Trustee for Inspire Wellbeing and is also a Foster Carer. She holds an MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Queen’s University Belfast.
