Are you an ambitious, high-potential student looking to gain hands-on experience working on client projects while learning directly from industry experts?

Here's what a 12-month placement at FinTrU looks like:

  • Your placement begins with a two-week bespoke training programme, designed to build your professional skills, introduce you to FinTrU, and give you insight into the product areas you may be working in.
  • Work alongside leading global financial institutions, helping to protect the integrity of financial markets.
  • Achieve the prestigious CISI Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) – a highly-respected qualification that deepens your understanding of the investment banking industry.
  • Receive competitive benefits and salary.
  • Successful completion of the 12-month programme comes with the offer of a full-time role at FinTrU after graduation.

Here are some handy tips to help you with your interview:

  • Firstly, look at the key requirements of the role and adapt your CV and cover letter to reflect this

  • Look around FinTrU.com. Discover our work and our unique culture

  • FinTrU wants to get to know you. As well as your understanding of our brand and business, we want to know about your passions too

  • Look through our social media accounts across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram and see what we’ve been talking about to the outside world

  • Apply early! FinTrU receives a lot of applicants so they review as they go. The sooner your application is submitted the sooner you can find out if you have been put forward to the next stage
