As FinTrU’s Chief Technology Officer, Emma is responsible for the company’s Global Product and Technology Strategy including Product Development and oversight of R&D activities. She also leads FinTrU’s Internal Technology delivery to support the company’s rapid expansion across our network of global offices.
Emma is a member of the company’s Executive Committee and FinTrU’s representative for the nationwide Department for Business & Trade FinTech Champion Programme. Emma is passionate about diversity and inclusion, and has supported Women in Tech and STEM careers through FinTrU’s corporate partnership with Women in Business Northern Ireland.
Under Emma’s sponsorship, FinTrU is proud to partner with Catalyst on initiatives promoting inclusive entrepreneurship including Generation Innovation, Invent & Co-Founders.
Outside of FinTrU, Emma is a Charity Trustee for Inspire Wellbeing and a Foster Carer. Emma has an MEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering Degree awarded by Queen’s University Belfast.
