FinTrU employees graduate from CMI Certified, Level 5 'Entry To Management Graduate Development Programme' at SERC

On Thursday 10 May FinTrU employees graduated from their 24 week 'Entry to Management Graduate Development Programme' course hosted at the South Eastern Regional College in Lisburn.


The Entry programme is designed to provide unique opportunities for graduates and employers alike. The key focus is to grow results and build talent, shaping the leaders of tomorrow. It is a fundamental FinTrU commitment to staff across all business areas to help them achieve their professional potential through company funded programmes such as this.
