FRIDAY 21 DECEMBER 2018

Are you a graduate looking to get on the fast-track to a successful career with a multi-award winning company? No previous experience required.

To continue putting local talent on the global stage, FinTrU has launched its 11th Financial Services Graduate Academy. FinTrU has experienced significant growth over the last number of years and is showing no signs of slowing down, having doubled headcount year-on-year since 2014.

As a rapidly expanding Financial Services resourcing provider, FinTrU continues to look for talented graduates to join its Financial Services Academy with the end goal of securing employment as a Financial Analyst.

The FinTrU Story

FinTrU has experienced a fantastic 2018, winning eight business awards throughout the year. These include four Fast Growth awards, three Employer of the Years and the overall Northern Ireland Company of the Year prize at last month’s Business Eye Awards.

In June 2018, in partnership with Invest NI, FinTrU announced plans to create a further 605 jobs over five years which will bring the total employee count to at least 855 by 2023. This expansion also included plans to create 305 of these roles at its new North West office in Derry/Londonderry, which opened in October 2018. This is truly an exciting time to join the company.
Whilst FinTrU is managed as a profit-driven organisation, Darragh McCarthy, Founder & CEO, also considers FinTrU as having a social purpose to create high-quality professional employment on the island of Ireland.
