FinTrU wins back to back ‘Best Company to Work For’ and ‘Business Growth’ awards at the Belfast Business Awards
BY CONOR DONNELLY
MONDAY 13 MAY 2019
On Friday 10 May, in the fantastic surroundings of Titanic Belfast, over 100 shortlisted businesses, families and friends attended the 2019 Belfast Business Awards.
Organised by the Belfast Chamber, the awards celebrate and reward the best of the Northern Ireland business industry with over 21 prizes handed out on the night.
FinTrU sealed a fantastic back to back double win, taking home both the ‘Business Growth’ and ‘Best Company to Work For’ awards for the second year in a row.
On the achievement, FinTrU Founder & CEO, Darragh McCarthy, said “the Belfast Business Awards were our first awards we won as a company last April, so to seal back to back wins represents something special to us. I feel these wins demonstrate the hard work that all our employees put into ensuring that FinTrU is the best place to work as well as the fastest growing company.”

FinTrU were also sponsors of the ‘Best New Business’ category which was won by Karcher Centre. FinTrU understands the potential challenges that emerging businesses face in their first few years. As a relatively new company, FinTrU has experienced the same journey that all new companies undertake.
The key reason FinTrU sponsored the Best New Business Award is because we want to support and more importantly inspire new businesses to achieve success.
FinTrU sends its congratulations to all the winners on the night. It was a fantastic celebration of everything that is great about the business industry in Northern Ireland.
