My name is Keith Toland and I am an Associate at FinTrU. I joined FinTrU in January 2020 and currently manage a team on a KYC project.

Prior to FinTrU, I spent several years with Citibank in an Operations role whilst living in Belfast. Initially I began in a Client Asset role where I spent the next year and a half building my knowledge and experience.

From there, I opted for a move internally to further strengthen the knowledge I had acquired and availed of a role within the funding team. I spent just over a year with the team before making the move to FinTrU.

How has FinTrU supported you during your career development?

They have also provided me with the platform to learn and develop my own skills to become a more well rounded manager. FinTrU also believes in empowering their people and continuously encourage their staff to avail of external and internal training and professional qualifications.
