KEITH TOLAND
ASSOCIATE
NORTH WEST OFFICE
My name is Keith Toland and I am an Associate at FinTrU. I joined FinTrU in January 2020 and currently manage a team on a KYC project.
Prior to FinTrU, I spent several years with Citibank in an Operations role whilst living in Belfast. Initially I began in a Client Asset role where I spent the next year and a half building my knowledge and experience.
From there, I opted for a move internally to further strengthen the knowledge I had acquired and availed of a role within the funding team. I spent just over a year with the team before making the move to FinTrU.
How has FinTrU supported you during your career development?
FinTrU has given me the opportunity to people manage, something I was eager achieve in order to progress my career. They have provided me with tailored training and fantastic support at a more senior level. They have also provided me with the platform to learn and develop my own skills to become a more well rounded manager. FinTrU also believes in empowering their people and continuously encourage their staff to avail of external and internal training and professional qualifications.
