On Thursday 4th October, Riddel Hall was filled with over 200 guests excited to hear from a range of panellists giving their insights into leadership.

Wendy Austin (BBC) hosted the event of four panellists including Naomh McElhatton (SMART Global), Gavan Wall (The Wall Group), Darren Cave (Ulster & Irish Rugby Founder, Founder of Guilt Trip Coffee) and Darragh McCarthy (FinTrU Founder & CEO).

Highlights from the evening included each of our panellists telling the crowd how they got to where they are today and what steps they took to get there.

With the Lecture Series being in its third year running, FinTrU Founder & CEO Darragh McCarthy said, "The purpose of this lecture series is help make Belfast and Northern Ireland a thought leadership location in Financial Services and to highlight the local talent in Northern Ireland.”

Below is a summary of some of the talking points and a gallery of photos from the evening.
