FinTrU host Diversity Mark NI Breakfast

On Wednesday, FinTrU had the pleasure of hosting the Diversity Mark NI breakfast at our headquarters in Belfast.

 

On the morning, Christine White, Head of Business, Diversity Mark NI and David Gavaghan, Board Member, Diversity Mark NI spoke to a range of guests that attended from diverse backgrounds including Law, Technology, Finance and Farming.

 

Darragh McCarthy, FinTrU Founder and CEO welcomed everyone in attendance and emphasised that the Charter Mark is a great pathway to progression. Darragh stated that “Diversity and Inclusion is no longer an option but essential for success.”

 

Darragh informed all guests that FinTrU’s commitment to diversity is highlighted in the culture driven by both the Women in Finance and TrU Colours Committee at FinTrU.
