Fintru FINANCIAL SERVICES ACADEMY
The Financial Services Academy is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are embarking on their professional journey or looking for a change in career. Supported by the Department for the Economy, the Financial Services Academy is a 4-week unique development programme designed to help participants to gain practical training from market leading experts and the opportunity to obtain a globally recognised qualification.
HERE'S WHAT TO KNOW:
Learn from market leading experts within the financial services industry
The programme includes training in financial services and regulation as well as essential professional skills such as excel and communication.
Prepare for CISI Investment Operating Certificate (IOC) globally recognised qualifications that feature on the Financial Services Skills Councils list of recommended courses
Training for the FinTrU Financial Services Academy takes place over four weeks
For the duration of the programme, participants will be paid £155 training allowance per week
Due to the COVID pandemic training may be a hybrid of onsite and online learning through a virtual classroom
Previous experience is not required but candidates must be awarded at least a 2:2 in any discipline before the scheduled start date at FinTrU

Successful completion of the Academy will lead to a career at FinTrU, entering a two-year Analyst programme which combines on-the-job training with professionally accredited qualifications.
