FinTrU Belfast Financial Services Academy XV will be delivered virtually to ensure that the health and safety of all applicants is at the forefront of this fantastic opportunity.


The training for FinTrU Belfast Financial Services Academy XV takes place over four weeks and begins on Monday 3 August.


The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the world’s largest Investment Banks from right here in Northern Ireland.

All recruitment for the FinTrU Financial Services Academy will be by telephone and video calls. All training for participants will be delivered virtually to comply with social distancing during the COVID-19 crisis.


These conditions also apply to any subsequent employment with FinTrU until such time as social distancing restrictions can be lifted.

Supported by the Department for the Economy, the FinTrU Financial Services Academy is a training programme leading to a potential offer of employment.

  • Develop and grow through unique personal development programmes

  • Learn from market leading experts who have international expertise working within the Financial Services industry

  • Prepare for CISI Investment Operating Certificate (IOC) globally recognised qualifications that feature on the Financial Services Skills Councils list of recommended courses' with 'Prepare for CISI Investment Operating Certificate (IOC) globally recognised qualifications that feature on the Financial Services Skills Councils list of recommended courses':

For the duration of the programme, participants will be paid £150 training allowance per week.

Previous experience is not required but applicants must hold at least a 2.2 in any discipline.
